What networks and tokens are supported for payment? ⌄
We accept USDC and USDT on Base, BSC (BNB Chain), and Polygon. Compatible wallets include MetaMask, Rabby, and OKX Wallet.
Is my portfolio data private? ⌄
Yes. Your holdings and alerts are stored locally in your browser only. When you use the AI Assistant, a temporary snapshot of your portfolio is sent to our server for 1 hour to provide context — then it's automatically deleted. We never store your data permanently. Read our full Privacy Policy →
What is the AI Assistant and what can it do? ⌄
The AI Assistant is a Premium feature powered by Claude (Anthropic). You can ask questions in plain language like "Set alert when BTC rises 20%", "How much will I earn if I sell 50% ETH at +30%?", or "Summarize my portfolio." AI calculates everything step-by-step and can set price alerts automatically after your confirmation. Daily limit: 10–30 questions depending on your plan.
Can I use the extension on multiple devices? ⌄
Your license key (format CPA-XXXX) can be activated on any device by entering it in the extension. Portfolio data is stored locally per device and is not synced between devices.
What happens when my Premium expires? ⌄
You'll receive a notification 3 days before expiry. After expiry, the extension reverts to Free tier automatically — you keep your coins list but lose Premium features. You can renew at any time.
Is the Free Trial really free? ⌄
Yes — completely free, no payment required. Each device gets one 5-day Trial. The Trial includes all Premium features except the AI Assistant.
How are prices fetched? ⌄
Prices are fetched from the CoinGecko public API. Premium users get updates every 1 minute, Free users every 5 minutes. The extension runs in the background even when the popup is closed.
